We want you to be confident in your order. Because of the nature of this product, the conditions below apply to all returns and refunds.
Eligibility
Returns may be considered for products that are unopened, unused, and in original, sealed manufacturer packaging, and only when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact us at support@nextdo4me.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, transferred, or are no longer in original sealed packaging.
- Products that have been combined, mixed, or handled together with any other substance or material.
- Concerns based solely on the condition of a mixture after the product has been opened, handled, transferred, or combined with another substance.
Temperature-Related Concerns
As noted in our Shipping Policy, this product ships without temperature-controlled packaging. Replacements and refunds are not provided for temperature-related concerns arising during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective in its sealed condition, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nextdo4me.com with your order number and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
