Shipping Region
AquaPure Supply currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer a range of carrier options at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Standard ground service may take longer to certain regions. If you are working to a deadline, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option.
Packaging & Storage in Transit
This product is shipped without temperature-controlled packaging and is intended to be stored at room temperature in accordance with the manufacturer’s labeling. Brief exposure to varying temperatures may occur during normal transit. To reduce time in transit, customers may choose an expedited shipping method at checkout. AquaPure Supply is not responsible for conditions encountered during carrier transit, and replacements or refunds are not provided for temperature-related concerns.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Delivery timing after dispatch is managed by the carrier and is outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@nextdo4me.com and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
